Payment, Shipping, & Returns Credit Card Payments: During the checkout process you will be directed to a PayPal site which will verify your credit card information. These on-line Credit Card payments are securely processed by PayPal. Payment by Cashier Check, Money Order, or Personal Check: If you prefer to mail your order, print the Mail Order Form. If payment is by personal check, shipment will occur after the check clears (approximately two weeks). Credit Card payments can be made through PayPal only. Shipping & Handling: All products are shipped by best way possible which may be US Post Office or UPS. Allow 7 to 10 business days to receive. Returns: All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number. Contact us via email to obtain this number. CDs cannot be returned unless they are unopened and still in the shrink wrap. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable. Taxes: A state sales tax of 7% will be charged for orders being shipped to Iowa addresses.
